Rat CFD(Complement Factor D) ELISA Kit

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been precoated with an antibody specific for rat CFD. The standards or samples are added to the wells of the micro ELISA plate and combined with the specific antibody.

Next, a rat CFD-specific biotinylated detection antibody and avidin-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are successively added to each microplate well and incubated.
Free components are removed by washing. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only wells containing rat CFD, biotinylated detection antibody, and avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue.
The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated with the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. Optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the rat CFD concentration. You can calculate the rat CFD concentration in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples with the standard curve.

Kit components and storage
An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for 1 month. If the kit is not supposed to be used within 1 month, please store the components separately according to the following conditions upon receipt of the kit.

Intra-assay precision (precision within an assay): 3 low, medium and high level rat CFD samples were run 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Interassay Precision (Between Assay Precision): 3 samples were tested with low, medium and high level rat CFD on 3 different plates, 20 replicates on each plate.
