Bovine Complement factor D (CFD) ELISA Kit

The ELISA Genie Bovine Complement factor D (CFD) ELISA Kit can test for bovine complement factor D in the following samples: serum, blood, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and other related supernatants and tissues.

How do our bovine complement factor D (CFD) ELISA kits work?

ELISA Genie Bovine Complement factor D (CFD) ELISA kits are designed for the quantitative measurement of analytes in a wide variety of samples. As today's scientists demand consistent, high-quality data for high-impact journals, ELISA Genie has developed a range of sensitive, rapid, and reliable ELISA kit assays to meet and exceed those demands. Our test kits use a quantitative sandwich ELISA technique and each kit comes with highly specific antibodies pre-coated in a 96-well microtiter plate.

At ELISA Genie we understand the need for speed! Therefore, we have developed an ultra-fast protocol, which means that you will get your results quickly. So once you've prepared and placed your samples, blanks, and standards, simply incubate with a highly specific biotin-conjugated primary antibody and horseradish peroxidase-conjugated Avidin (HRP) and incubate for the appropriate period of time. After washing the plate according to the protocol and adding the TMB solution (3,3 ', 5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine), the appearance of a blue color should be detected due to an enzymatic reaction catalyzed by HRP. The next step is the addition of the stop solution which ends the HRP reaction and the blue color turns yellow with the intensity of the signal measured in a plate reader at 450 nm. The amount of bound bovine complement factor D is proportional to the signal generated by the reaction, which means that the Bovine Complement Factor D (CFD) ELISA Kit Assay gives you a quantitative measurement of the analyte in your samples.

CFD ELISA Kits

ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) is a widely used application for detecting and quantifying proteins and antigens from various samples. Target-specific ELISA kits are available from a variety of manufacturers and can help optimize your immunodetection experiments.
The ELISA kits listed below target Cfd, the human gene symbol, complement factor D, and a member of the Peptidase S1 family. The CFD-encoded protein has a predicted amino acid length of 253, a mass of 27 kDa, and a secreted subcellular location. Pathological involvement is reported in complement factor D deficiency. CFD may also be known by the following names: DF, DNA, propidine factor D, complement factor D preproprotein, complement component D (adipsin), and C3 convertase activator. Gene orthologs, including humans, mice, rats, bovines, chickens, primates, guinea pigs, and other mammals, are targets available from various ELISA kits.
